PBMC and most subsets ship cryopreserved, which is what you want for reproducibility. Neutrophils, eosinophils, platelets and whole blood are short-lived by nature – neutrophils lose function within 12 to 24 hours – so those are prepared fresh on a tight schedule, which is exactly where sample logistics decide whether an experiment is possible. If your assay date is fixed, tell us at inquiry stage and we plan backwards from it rather than quoting a nominal lead time.
