Cryopreserved cells ship on dry ice by international express, typically two to five days door to door, with a temperature logger in every shipment. Each consignment includes a proforma invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, a non-hazardous and non-infectious declaration, the certificate of analysis and the MSDS where applicable. We handle export clearance from China; you act as importer of record, and we supply whatever your customs broker asks for. Where your jurisdiction requires an import permit, we provide the technical dossier to support your application.
