Anti-FMC63 detection antibody is used for detecting CD19-targeting CAR-T cells, ensuring accurate identification and quantification in research and clinical applications.
$ 500.00
FMC63 is a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) derived from the classic murine monoclonal antibody against the human CD19 antigen, and serves as the core "navigation head" element for constructing CD19 CAR-T. It precisely recognizes and binds the CD19 antigen, directing T cells to kill tumor cells in a targeted manner, and is currently the most widely used standard sequence in CD19 CAR-T products worldwide.
Anti-FMC63 Detection Antibody is a high signal-to-noise flow cytometry detection antibody that precisely recognizes the FMC63 scFv sequence on the surface of CAR-T cells, enabling both CD19 CAR detection and CAR-T positivity detection. FITC and PE labels are available, compatible with multicolor flow panels, covering core applications such as CAR-T process development, QC release, and PK/PD studies.

Accurate detection of CAR-T cell positivity and expression levels
Manufacturing process development and in-process monitoring (transduction efficiency, expression stability)
Quality control (QC) and establishment of product release criteria
Pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) studies
Assay optimization, validation, and cost control
Exceptional specificity: recognizes only FMC63, delivering truly reliable results
Flexible labeling options: compatible with all flow cytometry platforms
Rigorous quality control: high purity, high stability, and high cost-effectiveness

labeled and PE-labeled Anti-FMC63 antibodies show a high signal-to-noise ratio, low non-specific binding, and stable staining results in their corresponding fluorescence channels. They can be flexibly combined into multicolor flow panels to fit different experimental protocols and detection platforms, delivering reliable data with good reproducibility.
