It is a characterized and recallable donor bank, not a static catalogue. More than 2,000 consented donors, each with recorded demographics, genotyping on file for the subset used in MLR donor-pair selection, and functional screening history such as high-responder NK or T-cell reactivity for ADCC and MLR work. PBMC lots are cryopreserved from a single donor at 50, 10, 5 or 1 million cells per vial, and five-donor pools are available for assays where donor-to-donor variation is noise rather than signal.
