Service Name | Induction Agents | Service Delivery Specification | Delivery Format:
• CD14+ M0 macrophage induction service | M-CSF | 2 / 5 (million per run) | Cryopreserved
• CD14+ M1 macrophage induction service | M-CSF, IFN-γ, LPS | 2 / 5 (million per run) | Cryopreserved
• CD14+ M2 macrophage induction service | M-CSF, IL-4 | 2 / 5 (million per run) | Cryopreserved
M0 Cell Functional Validation Service: M2 cells obtained by in vitro induction can activate allogeneic CD3+ T cells to secrete IFN-γ.
M1 Cell Functional Validation Service: using macrophages (M1) as effector cells, FACS analysis demonstrated that the induced M1 cells possess strong innate phagocytic capacity.

After a brief residence in the blood, monocytes enter various tissues and organs where they differentiate into macrophages. M0 macrophages are generated by inducing monocyte differentiation with M-CSF (macrophage colony-stimulating factor). Depending on the mode of activation, M0 macrophages can further differentiate into two subtypes: classically activated M1 macrophages and alternatively activated M2 macrophages. M2 macrophages primarily perform immunoregulatory functions and promote Th2-mediated immune responses.
SailyBio provides macrophage functional validation services, performing systematic validation of the phagocytic capacity, cytokine secretion, and other functions of induced M0/M1/M2 macrophages, supporting ADCP efficacy evaluation and macrophage polarization research.
