Sample compliance: samples are collected at the hospital site under a collaborative project development model, with all procedures conducted under regulatory oversight.
Sample diversity: rich ethnic diversity (Asian/Black/Caucasian) with ample inventory (several hundred donors of different nationalities).
Standardized processes: managed under near-GMP procedures with strict operational process control.
Extensive experience: the collection team has experience supporting IIT sample collection and project submissions, ensuring sample safety and traceability while providing authentic and accurate data.
Process optimization: a dedicated R&D team, including QC and QA, provides strong support for the development and refinement of the entire process workflow.
Service Item | Service Specification:
• Irradiated PBMC preparation service (single donor source): 50 / 10 / 5 million
• Irradiated PBMC preparation service (pooled source, 5 donors): 50 / 10 / 5 million
Delivery specifications:
• Cell count: exceeds the delivery specification
• Cell viability: ≥ 80%
• Mycoplasma testing: < 5 EU/mL (research grade)
• Bacterial, yeast, and fungal testing: negative
• Disintegration test: after 14 days of post-thaw culture, the residual cell rate is < 10%
Disintegration assay of irradiated PBMCs: Samples 1 and Sample 2 were irradiated with X-rays at 30 Gy and 40 Gy, respectively, and were essentially completely disintegrated after 13 days of culture.

Irradiated PBMCs are inactivated immune cells that have been rendered non-proliferative by irradiation while retaining their immunomodulatory function. As feeder (support) layer cells, they provide various essential cell growth factors required for TIL and NK cell activation and expansion, and can also be used as MLR stimulator cells or co-culture effector cells for immunomodulatory assessment and for establishing MLR experimental stimulation systems.
